(RAM) Program is a comprehensive roof inspection and preventive maintenance

promotes a non-crisis approach to roof management by recommending preventive
maintenance, instead of repair. By definition, “maintenance work” is performed
to prevent premature roof system failure; “repair work” is performed after the
