Q:
What do I do when my user name and
password are not being accepted?
A:
Make sure you are typing the name and password exactly as it was given to you. The user name and password are case sensitive. If you are still having problems after this

Q:
Why do I get a dialogue box that asks me to download a file when I select a
plan view/drawing? See Figure T1.

If a dialogue box opens when you are trying to select a plan view/drawing that
means the Whip! plug-in is not installed on your computer.
Select Cancel on the File Download dialogue window and go to the RAM homepage and select the Whip! logo in the upper right hand of
the screen. Refer to Getting Started on page
1 of the RAM User Guide.
A:
First make sure you are using the print command in the report and not the print
command in your browser program. If you are
using the print command in the report and they are still not filling up the whole page
make sure you have zoomed into the drawing. Use
the Fit to Window command (Appendix A) to enlarge the drawing and then use the print
command in the report.
