Viewing the Reports
Now that you have access to the program on the Internet, you can begin to view your facility's report. The report is viewed with a program called Crystal Reports. The report is setup in a hierarchal tree format for quick access to every part of the report. The tree format is similar to Windows Explorer. Figure 9 is an example of a report when you first open it.
